You must be at least 13 years old to use this App
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content and Conduct

When posting reviews or other content, you agree to:

Provide honest, accurate accessibility information
Not post false, misleading, or defamatory content
Not post content that violates any laws or third-party rights
Not harass, abuse, or harm other users
Not use the App for any commercial purposes without permission
Not attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews

Content License: By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

5. Prohibited Activities

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaleidoscope Collaborative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
